DESIGN PACKAGE

You’d like to give a refresh to your entire house and make it look and feel like you? If you want your home to feel welcoming and cozy, this service will be perfect to give you that designer look with style while keeping things lived in. It includes a complete makeover of your spaces taking into consideration your style, needs, how you use the spaces and how you want to feel in it.

Includes:

• 1 living Room
• Dining Room
• 2 bedrooms
• 1 small space
• Bonus Room (office, playroom, music room…)

Any additional space can be discussed separately.

PROCESS

We will have a first virtual meeting where you will describe your needs and ask any questions you want. I will then send you a questionnaire covering different aspects and details to be taken into consideration before I move onto designing a space that feels unique to you while respecting you personal lifestyle and needs. 

What you will receive: 

1. Concept/Mood board with the furniture items
2. Floor plans and furniture layouts 
3. 3D Renders
4. Shopping list with links to all the furniture items. I may be able to offer special client discounts on some items as part of my partnership with several brands
5.  Budget for all the items 

What you’ll need to do: 

1. Prior to starting the design, provide complete measurements of the space (I will provide you with a measuring guide)
2. Send images/video of the space and furniture and indicate what you like to keep/change
3. Arrange and style the furniture and decor items, as per the design you receive.
   

TIMELINE OF THE DELIVERABLES:

• 30 days till the initial designs are delivered.
• 1 design review is included, per space.
• 1 additional week for the design review changes to be made and the final designs delivered to you.
