About the role

Talk to Deb ! You’ll partner with the founding team and our CEO, a passionate Product leader (Forbes ft, Ex-PayPal, Microsoft), and a Creator with 150,000 followers. Together, you’ll solve some of the biggest monetization challenges 50M+ creators face today.

We are looking for our first Content marketing lead with an Entrepreneurial mindset to reimagine & build our entire community experience! (Open to fully remote / option to relocate)

  • As a content marketer at RoomPlays, you will be responsible for building an inbound funnel using content marketing. You are a motivated individual who is eager to learn, naturally curious, enjoys a challenge, and is data-driven. You will own the creating and distributing content, and your day-to-day will consist of optimizing the website for conversion and SEO, coordinating with freelancers for blogs, creating new collaterals for sales, Sending newsletters, creating new landing pages, and assisting the sales team with better market research.
  • Create marketing campaigns to generate top-of-the-funnel demand (inbound leads).
  • Develop sales collaterals such as Customer stories, Product Videos, and Presentations
  • Create landing pages and optimize them for conversion
  • Manage a wide range of projects, including organic optimization, blog implementation, link-building, etc. with no or little hand-holding
  • Prepares Inbound Strategy consisting of SEO projects, keyword research, content calendar creation and management, and analytics
  • Develop insightful, thorough recommendations to improve technical, design, content, on-page, and off-page optimization elements
  • Content, Copywriting, and editing – writing and editing blogs, email marketing emails, newsletters
  • Website content optimization, adding new offers, landing page creation etc.

  • You have at least 1+ years of experience in marketing for international SaaS products.
  • You have a scientific mindset to make data-driven decisions.
  • Should understand brand marketing with very strong hands-on digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, AB testing, marketing analytics tools, email marketing would be mandatory.
  • You have strong cross-functional skills, including working with analytics, product, content, marketing agencies, and other marketing teams.
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • History of excellent performance: We truly don’t care about what school you went to or the company you last worked at. We do, however, care deeply about a history of excellence in 1 or 2 things you’ve done before
